The training, conducted on 30th July 2023, brought together tractor operators under the auspices of Afrimech Consult Ltd. The initiative emphasized the importance of continuous learning to adapt to evolving methods in agriculture.
During the training, the company management covered various topics, including Operational and Safety procedures, Equipment Maintenance and Inspection, Operational Efficiency and Best Practices, Company overview, Management and Philosophy and Troubleshooting Common Issues. Participants were provided with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to optimize the performance of the machinery while ensuring the utmost safety in their operations.
The training focused on the following key areas:
